Signature Massage: A blend of specialized massage techniques including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and Cupping. This work is geared toward injury rehabilitation, postural imperfections, anyone suffering from stiffness, soreness, decreased range of motion, chronic pain, or those just in need of stress reduction and relaxation.
Prenatal Massage: This session is designed to relax and relieve stress for both the mother-to-be and her unborn baby. Along with releasing tension in muscles this work also helps maintain muscle tone in preparation for labor and delivery. This work can be done at anytime during a healthy pregnancy! Pregnancy pillow available!
Thai Foot Reflexology: A relaxing form of bodywork focusing on 36 specific energy points on the feet, corresponding to different organs and systems in the body. Not only does this work feel wonderful for your feet, it also helps to detoxify and stimulate your entire system! Always a 60 minute treatment.
AromaTouch: This lovely treatment runs 30-45 minutes in length. The AromaTouch treatment is a specific application of doTERRA essential oils to the back, head & feet. It aims to soothe the nervous system, while helping to establish and maintain homeostasis (full body balance), and support overall health and wellness. Treat yourself to something new! You will LOVE it!
